Eligible Entrants	Entry to the competition is open to all Nutrien Staff (including corporate + affiliates) present in-person at the Nutrien Fert & Merch Summit and all eligible states/territories who meet the Entry Requirements. Entrants may be required to verify their identity and may be asked to produce photo ID.

Total prize value (in Australian Dollars)	The total prize pool, including GST, is approximately AUD $12,689. The winner’s prize covers return flights and a Formula 1 experience package including 4-day entry and 5-star accommodation for two. It is important to note that all other expenses incurred during the trip, including but not limited to meals, beverages, entertainment, transportation to and from the airport, the event venue and any other journeys (other than the provided flights), insurance, and any other incidental costs, are NOT included.
Entry Requirements	Entrants must, during the Promotional Period: Visit the BASF stand and play the racing simulator. Winners will be determined by the fastest lap times recorded during the conference.
Maximum number of entries	Each entrant is allowed one attempt.
Winner selection	Winners will be selected based on their lap time and will be shown on the live leader board during the conference. Winner (1st prize): fastest lap 1st runner-up (2nd prize): second-fastest lap 2nd runner-up (3rd prize): third-fastest lap
Notification of winners	Winners will be notified via phone and / or email according to the details provided on the entry forms. Winners notified by email must respond to the email in order to claim the prize.
Public announcement of winners	The prize winners’ names will be announced at 3PM on 11 November and will be published on the BASF website and the BASF and/or Nutrien social media channels no later than 25 November 2025.
Second Round prize selection	Any prizes that have not been claimed by 18 November 2025 (for example if no response is received to the email notification or any other messages) will be forfeited and awarded to the to the next- highest eligible entrants.
Notification of Second Round prize winners	Second Round prize winners will be notified in person or via phone call or email according to the details provided on the entry forms.
Public announcement of winners from Second Round prize draw	The prize winners’ names will be published on BASF and/or Nutrien social media channels.
Entrant’s Consent	1. BASF reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates or who BASF reasonably suspects may have violated these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour. 2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. 3. BASF accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by participants as a result of entering or participating in the Competition or using the prizes. 4. By participating, delegates release BASF from any liability arising out of or in connection with the Competition. 5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Competition is held. 6. BASF reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 7. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition (including announcing winners on the BASF website and the BASF and/or Nutrien social media channels) and will be handled in accordance with BASF’s privacy policy.
Rights of BASF	BASF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. BASF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. Any content, photo or comment that is offensive, vulgar, obscene, disrespectful or deemed by BASF in its sole discretion to be unprofessional or inciting hate or ridicule will be ineligible to participate and removed from public view by BASF. BASF shall have no liability for participant’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
