Since 2022, BASF Australia has proudly partnered with growers around the country to establish and grow Community Paddocks.
Throughout the growing season, BASF Australia partners with local growers to see first-hand how BASF's crop protection portfolio can help them gain more control and improve their cropping programs.
Following harvest of the Community Paddocks, all profits are donated back into rural community groups.
For its inaugural Community Paddock site, BASF partnered with Weidemann Pastoral Co. to deliver community support for Rupanyup in north-west Victoria.
Stemming from the success in 2022, this year BASF established an additional two sites; one with the Apex Club in Maitland, South Australia and one with local grower Gavin Egan in Scaddan, Western Australia.
