| Prize Details | Participants have the opportunity to win one Grand Prize Trip for Two to the LIV Golf Tournament in Adelaide. There are two Grand Prize packs available, and each pack includes the following components: 1. Two adult general admission tickets in the Birdie Shack for the second day (15 February 2025) of the LIV Golf Tournament in Adelaide. For more event information about prize inclusions, click here 2. Two nights of twin share hotel accommodation on the nights of 14 and 15 February 2025. 3. Two economy class domestic flights departing from any Australian State or Territory capital city to Adelaide on 14 February 2025, with a return flight scheduled for 16 February 2025. |

| Total prize value (in Australian dollars) | The total prize pool, including GST, is approximately AUD $9,000, which covers the flights, adult general admission tickets, and accommodation. It is important to note that all other expenses incurred during the trip, including but not limited to meals, beverages, entertainment, transportation to and from the airport, the Birdie Shack and any other journeys (other than the provided flights), insurance, and any other incidental costs, are NOT included. |

| Winners selection | The winners will be drawn at the BASF stand at 1:30pm on 20 November 2024. |
| Notification of winners | Winners will be notified in person or via the phone or SMS with the details provided on the entry forms. |
| Second Round prize selection | If one of the winners (of either one or both prizes) cannot be confirmed within 2 hours of the prize draw or is for any reason deemed to be ineligible to receive the prize, BASF reserves the right to select an alternative winner, and a second round prize draw will be conducted. |
| Notification of Second Round prize winners | Second Round prize winners will be notified in person or via phone call or SMS with the details provided on the entry forms. |
| Announcement of winners from Second Round prize draw | Winners will be placed on the BASF website no later than 22 November 2024. |
| Entrant's Consent | 1. BASF reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates or who BASF reasonably suspects may have violated these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behaviour. 2. The winners will be drawn at the BASF stand at 1:30pm on the 20 November 2024. If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 hours of the initial notification or is found to be ineligible, BASF reserves the right to select an alternative winner, and a second round prize draw will be conducted. 3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. 4. BASF accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by participants as a result of entering or participating in the Competition or using the prizes. 5. By participating, delegates release BASF from any liability arising out of or in connection with the Competition. 6. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Competition is held. 7. BASF reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 8. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition (including announcing winners on the BASF website) and will be handled in accordance with BASF’s privacy policy. |
| Rights of BASF | BASF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. BASF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. Any content, photo or comment that is offensive, vulgar, obscene, disrespectful or deemed by BASF in its sole discretion to be unprofessional or inciting hate or ridicule will be ineligible to participate and removed from public view by BASF. BASF shall have no liability for participant’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. |
