This season we are shaking things up with early payment opportunities and a new digital process. Please use the webform below to upload your documentation and eligible invoices.

To receive your cashback via EFT by 30 March 2025, submit your invoices by 20 December 2024.

To receive your cashback for remaining invoices, please submit these by 31 July 2025.

Eligible Purchases can only be claimed once. If a Registered Participant submits a Claim Submission on each date, the total volume purchased is calculated based on total volume of Eligible Purchases provided in the relevant Claim Submission.
